About Us

ROBERT CHARLES DOMINIC AVERY, obtained a LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2009.

Robert completed his candidate attorneyship with Van der Hoff Inc. and was in the employ of Van der Hoff Inc for more than 7 years before starting his own practice.

Robert is an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court, with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

Robert further obtained a Certificate in Corporate Law in 2013 from the University of South Africa, adding to his extensive experience of commercial transactions.

Robert gained extensive experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation involving Banking Law, Insurance Law, Family Law and Motor Vehicle Accidents Law, Property and Commercial Law as well as in all fields of Debt Collecting.

Robert further also has experience in Criminal Law, Labour Law, Medical Malpractices claims as well as unlawful arrests and extends to the drafting of contracts, rendering opinions and providing the necessary services relating thereto.

Our firm is conveniently situated near and within the jurisdiction of The High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Division, Pretoria), The Registrar of Deeds (Pretoria), The Master of The High Court (Pretoria), CCMA (Pretoria) as well as both the Magistrates Court for the district of Tshwane (Pretoria) and the Magistrates Court for the district of Tshwane North (Pretoria North) and enables us to institute proceedings in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division (Pretoria) and the Magistrate Courts of Pretoria (Tshwane) as well as Pretoria North (Tshwane North) and offer us easy access to the offices of the Master, the Deeds Office and Registrar of Companies.
